Brittany Fitzsimmons has been in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. She previously worked in stadium and food service management within various venues and restaurants across Illinois. She is currently a hospitality consultant and an alcohol awareness instructor. Brittany has trained countless employees in tips, TEAM, as well as the BASSET program.
Jay Boyle has been in the hospitality business for over thirty five years. He has run the food service in Ballparks, Convention Centers, Stadiums and Arenas all over the country. He has worked the Olympics, World Series and consulted for the NFL at Super Bowls. As an alcohol awareness trainer he has trained servers in TIPS, TEAM as well as the BASSET program.
John McQueeney has been in the hospitality business for forty years. He has served in various positions for the Chicagoland Convention and Tourism Bureau, The Hotel/Motel Association and the Illinois Restaurant Association. During his twenty eight year career for Anheuser Busch John has conducted Basset Training for O’Hare Airport, Wrigley Field, Soldier Field, Chicago Stadium, United Center, Allstate Arena, Outback, Bennigans, Fridays, Hyatt and Hilton Hotels
